Warmth or Love

I love the way you look all warm with sleep
Drowsily you look up to say you love me
I lean down and leave a kiss on your cheek
You smile unknowingly into the dark
As I leave the room I slowly look back
Feeling the cold creep in with each step
Longing to be back in the warmth with you
Arms around me
Clinging to me
Protecting me
But is it the love or the warmth that I long for?
